Patient History: When the Psychotic Wrestling Alliance was formed, many big names in professional wrestling were signed to help forge the path for the company, however, the PWA needed to create a big name to help drive it forward into the echelons of success. Raw is Snapple provided not only star power, but talent, drawing power, and a quick witted tongue which rarely was bested.
Raw is Snapple was one of the original superstars signed to the upstart promotion in a developmental role. Appearing on the debut broadcast of the PWA, Raw is Snapple instantly developed a strong fan base, and quickly rose up the card, despite his lack of experience as a professional wrestler.
Eventually, Snapple would be rewarded with a match for the World Heavyweight Championship against the champion, Marty. This sparked a bitter feud between the pair, which threatened to tear the entire federation apart. Culminating in a brutal Texas Death Match, Snapple was not only able to defeat his opponent, but he ended Marty's career in the process, injuring him to the point of retirement.
While Snapple had won the World Title, his reign would not be a long one, losing his championship to Villiano 187 shortly after winning the title. He would slink away into retirement soon after, not to challenge for the title again.
This wouldn't be the last we would see of Raw is Snapple, the man with the golden tongue would be contacted to fill the vacant position of “Play by Play” Commentator on the Pyromania brand. Snapple jumped at the offer, and instantly began revolutionising the way commentary was percieved in professional wrestling.
Snapple sat through many matches at the commentary desk, and witnessed more classics than anyone thought possible. With a cult following behind him, he was inducted into the LPW Hall of Fame, as part of the innaugeral class of 20007, inducted by his biggest fan, and possibly best friend in the company, Sheepster.
The Inferno brand, and effectively, the entire Lords of Pain Wrestling federation was shocked when D. Hammond Samuels fired Snapple during the main event of the Inferno 15.2 show. While Raw is Snapple is no longer a force on our airwaves, he's created many golden memories in LPW history, none of which can be replaced. For his revolutionary style of wrestling and commentary, YOU have voted Raw is Snapple to number 16 on the Apex of the Decade. Congratulations, and thank you, Raw is Snapple.
