List of current champions in Lords of Pain Wrestling

Display of current Insanity championships.

The following is a list of all current champions in Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW), as of April 19, 2024. There are six active singles championships that are divided by LPW's two distinct brands, Insanity and Pyromania. Insanity's championships feature the World Heavyweight Championship, United States Championship, and the Hardcore Championship. Pyromania's championships feature the International Heavyweight Championship, Western States Heritage Championship, and Pure Wrestling Championship. In addition, LPW features the Undisputed World Tag Team Championship which is defended across both brands. This list includes the championship, current champion, the date of win, and notes of the winning bout.

Champions

	LPW World Heavyweight Championship Current champion: Morpheus The LPW World Heavyweight Championship is the highest ranked championship on the Insanity brand of Lords of Pain Wrestling. The current champion is Morpheus, who defeated Sheepster at LPW Insanity LIVE at Springfield on March 7, 2011.
	LPW International Heavyweight Championship Current champion: Eddie B. The LPW International Heavyweight Championship is the highest ranked championship on the Pyromania brand. The current champion is Eddie B., who defeated Tromboner Man for the prestige at LPW One Way Ticket 2013 on May 23, 2013.
	LPW United States Heavyweight Championship Current champion: White Falcon The LPW United States Heavyweight Championship (formerly the Transatlantic Championship and Canadian Heavyweight Championship) is the second highest ranked championship exclusive to the Insanity brand. Current champion White Falcon defeated Damien Blaze on October 29, 2013 at LPW Insanity:Gold III.
	LPW Western States Heritage Championship Current champion: Al The LPW Western States Heritage Championship is the second highest ranked championship on Pyromania. Al is the reigning champion, defeating Seth Omega for the title on May 23, 2013, at LPW One Way Ticket 2013.
	LPW Hardcore Wrestling Championship Current champion: Wevv Mang The LPW Hardcore Wrestling Championship is a no-rules title, being defended exclusively on Insanity. Current champion Wevv Mang defeated Zenith for the title on October 29, 2013 at LPW Insanity:Gold III.
	LPW Pure Wrestling Championship Current champion: Golden The LPW Pure Wrestling Championship is a pure wrestling title that is currently exclusive to the Pyromania brand. The current champion is Golden, who defeated Daniel Purser on October 25, 2012 at LPW Vertigo 4.1.
	LPW Tag Team Championship Current champions: Nigel Vanderbilt and Bobino The LPW Tag Team Championship is LPW's tag team title, being defended on both Insanity and Pyromania. The current champions are Nigel Vanderbilt and Bobino, who defeated April Montenegro and Lacey Valentine on October 29, 2013 at LPW Insanity:Gold III.
	2012 LPW Martinez Cup Winner Current holder: Tromboner Man The LPW William Martinez Cup is a trophy regarded as LPW's most prestigious accomplishment. The cup is awarded at the conclusion of each season to the winning world champion of Lords of Pain Wrestling's biggest pay-per-view event of the year, Altered Reality. It is contested between the Insanity brand's (formerly Schizophrenia) LPW World Heavyweight Champion and the PyroMania brand's LPW International Heavyweight Champion. The current holder is Tromboner Man, who defeated Morpheus on August 27, 2012 at Altered Reality 6 in the main event.
