LPW All-Stars (2010) was a professional e-wrestling supershow produced by Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW), presented by its Insanity and Inferno brands. The event took place on January 12, 2010, during the 15.5 cycle at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC.

Eight matches were announced for the card. The main event was a "Champions vs. Challengers" Tag Team match, where Hatchet Ryda, the LPW World Heavyweight Champion, teamed-up with Styxx, the LPW International Heavyweight Champion, against Andy Savana and Krimson Mask. It marked the first time in LPW history that both World champions have teamed together in the same match.

In addition, the event hosted the 2009 Achievement Awards and the top five finalists for the Apex of the Decade and the top three tag teams from the Decade Apex of Tag Teams were be announced.

After Little Red Riding Hood failed to appear as General Manager at Insanity LIVE from Baltimore, Phantom Lord and SoL took over the controls for their missing Illuminati ally. Things did not go as planned, as SoL was whisked away to Hollywood from an emergency call from director Steven Spielberg, the Watchmen infilitrated Insanity airwaves, and the pyrotechnics would not go off. After Phantom was knocked out by the Watchmen during a tag team match, the Board of Directors advisor Son of Repoman revealed himself to be the orchestrator of such a turn of events. After commanding the EMTs to take Phantom to a nearby hospital, Son of Repoman REPO'D the show much to CEO D. Hammond Samuels' disgust. Repoman later announced the creation of All-Stars, booking himself in a legendary match against Phantom Lord.
