The sixth season on the Insanity brand for Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW) will commence in November, 2010. After losing seven of eight matches to its Inferno counterpart at Altered Reality IV, Insanity regained its moniker of "The Flagship Brand of LPW" after defeating the renamed Pyromania brand 5-1-1 at Altered Reality V.

The season's head writer was Ash Strife, until he was replaced by Morpheus, due to out of character issues.

Transactions[]

As per tradition of the biennial LPW Draft, every e-wrestler in Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW) was re-drafted by the e-federation’s two brands, Insanity and Pyromania. With Little Red Riding Hood removed, the identity of the new General Manager on Insanity was never revealed at Homecoming. Instead, Son of Repoman (LPW's Goodwill Ambassador) was assigned to draft for Insanity with all picks being communicated to him. During the pre-show on November 11, 2010, Insanity was awarded the first overall pick for defeating Pyromania at Altered Reality V, selecting Jude Maxwell as its first roster selection. Later in the night, Insanity would also take cYnical, X, Mass Chaos, and Ash Strife.

On November 16, the main card of Homecoming would reveal the remaining Insanity selections. Insanity would draft Sheepster, Andy Savana, Jason Gravis, Nigel Vanderbilt, AntiVenom's Son of Shockey and Phantom Lord, The Anarchists' Steve Storme and Seth Omega, and also Big B. Brown, among others.

The former Misfit legend in Trey Spruance returned at Memphis, and 3 promising rookies, Ozzy Crerar, Xander Kross, and Eduardo Las Irelano, were signed for Springfield, with Ozzy earning a LPW Hardcore Championship shot, Xander defeating the well-established Monroe, and altough being released, Eduardo made a promising effort in the Hardcore Battle Royal.

During Pyromania 18.1, Zenith and Kaptain Krossbones joined Styxx's stable Australis, thus being drafted to the brand. During May, Insanity resigned The Rabbi for Insanity: Gold.
