The Psychotic Wrestling Alliance (PWA) was a fork e-federation that spawned from the departure of PWA founder and owner, Villiano 187. After a management disagreement among Villiano and PWA management, Villiano would claim all PWA trademarks and re-launched the PWA under a new home on April 20, 2007. The original PWA that remained on LOP Forums was renamed Lords of Pain Wrestling (LPW), with both brands also changing names.
Taking a page from the original PWA's inception, Villiano hired Phantom Lord to once again lead as head writer. The PWA would recognize the championship lineages of many of its titles, but would vacate all titles to be contested in its pay-per-view, Karma. LPW would continue with the championship lineages, now being prefixed with LPW instead of PWA. According to the PWA site, the titles they use continue the lineages of the titles.
The new PWA promotion completed three Schizophrenia shows, but would be unable to complete one full cycle before Karma. The forked PWA e-federation would fold shortly thereafter.
